News from Gateway Centre - February 2006
 
GATEWAY CENTRE PARKING!
 
As you may have noticed, use of our parking lot has dramatically increased lately. You may not realize it, but we can use all the parking spaces in this entire shared lot! That means that not only can we park by our building, but we can park by the restaurant and by the storage facility as well.

Here’s how the parking lot breaks down (please see the attached map):

GUESTS: It is in everyone’s best interest if we leave the spaces in front of the building open for guests. This is Zone #1 on the attached map. I don’t think anyone here would want one of their guests to show up and not see a handy, available parking space, so please leave those open for guests.

KELLER WILLIAMS: We’d like all Keller Williams employees to park in one of the areas marked Zone #3 on the attached map. If another Keller Williams agent or employee visits you here in the building, they should park in Zone #3 as well. Your clients, of course, can park anywhere in Zone #1 (or anywhere they choose, really).

PHARMACY: We’d like employees of the Pharmacy to park in Zone #4.

OTHER TENANTS: We’d like all other Gateway tenants and their employees to park in one of the areas marked Zone #2.

Gateway Centre staff: Gateway staff will park in Zone #2 as well.

HANDICAPPED: Of course, any tenant or their employee with a valid Washington State Handicapped Parking permit can park in our designated handicapped parking spots, regardless of what “zone” they fall under.

OVERFLOW: Per our shared parking agreement with the restaurant & storage facility, the rest of Zone #3 is always available to you, should your other designated parking area be full. But out of courtesy to these other facilities, let’s use the rest of Zone #3 as a last resort.

We wanted to let you all know that the tenant directory on our website can be updated at any time. If you need current information changed or would like to add something to your page (a photo, logo, website address, or a little description of your business) please let the gals at reception know so we can get that changed and updated for you as soon as possible. You can send the information or images to receptionist@gwcentre.com or simply bring typed or handwritten information to the front desk.
