Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), provides a comprehensive array of services to real estate professionals in Washington State. Counties served by the NWMLS include Whatcom and multiple others around the state. Owned by its member brokers, NWMLS is the successor to Puget Sound Multiple Listing Association, an entity formed in 1984 when four independant multiple listing services joined together. In 1996, along with the name change to Northwest MLS, members spproved plans to continue to expand, enhance, and regionalize services, where appropriate, to meet industry needs.
